We can also read in a different way. We know that in the medieval Christian tradition there was a style of reading known as Lectio Divina or sacred reading, and the whole idea was to read the scriptural text in a meditative way, not passionately, not just analytically, but in a devotional and meditative way, trying to penetrate…to read very slowly and to really try to meditate on each word. Yes, each verse is like that – very meaningful.
There are devotees who memorise the entire Bhagavad-Gita, and if one also meditates on the entire Bhagavad-Gita, then it is very rich.
