We can look at all the miracles in Lord Caitanya’s life and make a list. For example, as a child, Nimai gets kidnapped and the thieves carry him away but somehow or other, they runaway carrying the child and in the course of running, they wind-up again in front of the door of Jagannath Misra’s house. Everyone says, ’Oh, there is the lost child! Oh, there he is. Oh, thank you so much for bringing him back.’ And they just take him out of the arms of the thieves.
So plenty miracles are there throughout the Caitanya Caritamrta but these miracles are definitely a trinity to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu’s identity as the Supreme Lord and to this divinity. But that’s not the main miracle! The main miracle is that he displays love of God… a level of love of God that nobody has ever seen and that is the miracle of the Caitanya Caritamrta and that is the main topic of the Caitanya Caritamrta – the miracle of love of God! All the other stuff is preliminary; it’s external.
